A tenant check-in is a crucial process that occurs at the beginning of a tenancy agreement. During the check-in, the inventory report will be presented to the tenant, and they will have the opportunity to inspect the property and compare its condition to the documented inventory.
Katie will arrange to meet your tenant at the rental property, taking place on or before the start of their tenancy and evaluate the Inventory Report together. Once the tenant has reviewed, acknowledged and agreed with the reports contents, a signature will be obtained.
Meter readings for utilities such as gas, electricity, and water can also be taken during the check-in. Additionally, a set of listed keys to the property can be handed over to the tenant during this process.
The Check-In Report will be sent to the Agent/Landlord within 48 hours via email.
